In plain English
Selank and Semax are short synthetic peptides based on natural ones. They were developed in Russia, where they're registered as medicines, mainly studied for anxiety, focus and stroke recovery. Most studies come from Russian research groups, and independent trials elsewhere are rare. Neither is approved in Australia, and products sold online as research peptides aren't quality-checked. Talk to your GP about anxiety, focus or memory concerns.
