In plain English
PT-141, also called bremelanotide, came out of the same research as melanotan. In the US, a prescription version is approved for low sexual desire in some premenopausal women. It isn't approved by the TGA, and products sold online as research peptides aren't quality-checked. Reported side effects include nausea and blood pressure changes. If libido is a concern, talk to your GP.
