In plain English

Cagrilintide is a long-acting version of amylin, a hormone made in the pancreas that's involved in fullness after eating. It's being studied in clinical trials, mostly in combination with semaglutide. It isn't approved by the TGA, and products sold online as research peptides are unapproved, with no check on what's inside. Safety over the long term is still being studied. Talk to your GP about approved options.
